Flu Vaccination Programme 2023

Please find below information from the NHS Immunisation Team regarding the Flu Vaccination Programme for 2023.

They will be continuing with the e-consent for the Flu vaccinations. The nasal spray will be offered to all children in Y3, 4, 5 and 6.

Please go to https://nhsImms.azurewebsites.net/session/3894555e to complete the e-consent form if you would like your child to have the vaccination.

The date scheduled for the flu vaccination at Leys Junior School is Wednesday 6th December 2023.
